Stonewall Sports Philadelphia - Spring 2026 - WTNB Billiards (Tuesdays)
Where: 254 (254 S. 12th St.)
When: Tuesday nights, 7:00 pm to 8:30 pm*Match times will vary. Teams should anticipate having games at any/all time slots and be able to field a team at that time.*
Dates: 04/14, 04/21, 04/28, 05/05, 05/12, 05/19
Costs: $55/player + $1.75 processing fee *Includes Stonewall Billiards t-shirt and billiards equipment.*
Teams: 16 teams (12 teams + 4 free agent teams), consisting of 5 players to 12 players per team. *Captains should only sign up for a team slot if they are certain they have at least five players ready to join. Smaller groups should join as a small group and will be combined with other free agents or small groups to form a team.*
Play: A six-week billiards league with teams competing head-to-head each week in a 90-minute timeframe. Two players from each team compete at a time and all players rotate in throughout the night. A minimum of five players are needed to play each week to avoid a forfeit, so teams should ensure they have at least that many players who can play each week.
Captains: Team captains are responsible for registering their team spot, affirming they have enough players to meet the required team size, tracking registration of their team to ensure all players are registered by the deadline, being familiar with the rules, and communicating with their team throughout the season to ensure there are enough players to play each week and that all pertinent league information reaches the team.
Free Agents: Four team spots will be held for free agents (players who do not already have a pre-registered team). Free agents who want to ensure they are paired on a team with one or more players also registering as a free agent should register as a small group.
