Yoga Sessions are from 10:30 - 11:30am, in the ballroom of the second floor of the William Way Community Center.

Single session registrants must register here to complete their waiver & pay.

Yoga participants should bring their own Yoga Mat.

Mairin Matthews's yoga journey began in childhood, practicing alongside her mother. Realizing yoga's transformative potential, she pursued a 200-hour Teacher Training in Costa Rica in 2015, embracing the philosophy of "Teach People, not Poses." As an Emotional Support Teacher, Mairin integrated yoga into her classroom, witnessing its profound impact on students.
