Stonewall Billiards is a community run billiards league. Our focus is on providing a social atmosphere for the LGBTQIA+ community to come together and build community while engaging in light competition. All skill levels are welcome and no prior experience with billiards is needed to join.

As this is a community run league, we ask all players to be familiar with the rules, that teams commit to ensuring they can field a team for every day of play, and that teams work together to facilitate gameplay, self-referee, and keep score. While we do not provide referees for each game, league leadership will always be on site to answer questions, support with challenges, and maintain the official record of all team scores throughout the season.

When: Tuesday Nights, 6:00pm - 10:30pm *Teams schedules will vary, all teams should anticipate having games at any/all time slots and be able to field a team at that time*

Dates: 9/5, 9/12, 9/19, 9/26, 10/3, 10/10, 10/17, 10/24, 10/31, 11/7

Where: Tabu Lounge & Sports Bar (254 S 12th St)

Teams: 18 Teams Max, Minimum 5 players and Maximum 10 players per team. Captains should only sign up for a team slot if they are certain they have at least 5 players ready to join. Smaller groups should join together as a Free Agent Small Group and will be combined with other free agents or small groups onto a team.

Cost: $40/player - includes Stonewall Billiards T-Shirt, billiards equipment, and food/drink specials

Play: 10-week billiards league with teams competing head-to-head each week in a 90-minute time frame. 2 players from each team compete at a time and all players rotate in throughout the night. A minimum of 5 players are needed to play each week to avoid a forfeit so teams should ensure they have at least that many players who can play each week.

*Billiards Note: Teams and Players may NOT sign-up for both Tuesday and Thursday night at the start of registration, to ensure there is enough space for all who wish to play. If space remains on one or both days after the first week of registration, this restriction may be dropped.*

Free Agents: Two team spots will be held for free agents (players who do not already have a pre-registered team) for a total of 20 free agent spots. Free agents who want to ensure they are paired on a team with 1 or more players also registering as a free agent should register as a small group.

Captains: Team captains are responsible for registering their team spot, affirming they have enough players to meet the required team size, tracking registration of their team to ensure all players are registered by the deadline, being familiar with the rules, and communicating with their team throughout the season to ensure there are enough players to play each week and that all pertinent league information reaches the team.
