Robbie Crowthers (they/them)
Robbie Crowthers discovered yoga's transformative power in Tucson, AZ, seeking solace within its community. With eight years of teaching experience, Robbie's practice, influenced by Baron Baptiste, offers adaptable poses for all levels. Specializing in beginners and slow flow, they create a welcoming environment. Rooted in Vinyasa, Robbie prioritizes alignment, breathwork, and mindfulness, guiding students on a journey of self-discovery. As an LGBTQIAA+ advocate, they foster a safe space, sharing the transformative benefits of Baptiste Yoga with all.

Alison Lubar (they/them/themme)
Alison discovered yoga as a path to meditation and problem-solving, transitioning from martial arts two decades ago. Their diverse certifications, including RYT 200 and specialized trauma-informed training, reflect their commitment to inclusive teaching. With experience at Anjali Power Yoga and as a mindfulness educator, Alison fosters liberation and autonomy in their classes. Mairin Matthews (she/her)
Mairin Matthews's yoga journey began in childhood, practicing alongside her mother. Realizing yoga's transformative potential, she pursued a 200-hour Teacher Training in Costa Rica in 2015, embracing the philosophy of "Teach People, not Poses." As an Emotional Support Teacher, Mairin integrated yoga into her classroom, witnessing its profound impact on students. With five years of teaching experience at Stonewall Yoga, she creates love-filled, trauma-informed classes, fostering self-expression and alignment. Matthew Mitlas (he/him)
Matthew Mitlas has been immersed in yoga since 2011, embracing its transformative power and uplifting philosophy. His classes are comprehensive, challenging yet accessible to all levels, and infused with Yogic wisdom. As an advanced professional Yoga Educator, Licensed Massage Therapist, and Ayurvedic Health Counselor, Matthew brings a wealth of knowledge to his teaching. Max Tabak (he/him)
Max Tabak, also known as MaxxxStar, found solace and transformation through yoga following a spinal cord injury in 2019. Inspired by yoga's profound impact on his rehabilitation journey, Max pursued certification to become a yoga instructor. Certified in Vinyasa Yoga, Vinyasa Flow, Yin Yoga, Kundalini Yoga, Restorative Yoga, and Meditation, Max offers a diverse range of classes tailored to students' needs. With nearly two years of teaching experience at various studios and gyms, including Yoga in the Park and Sanctuary Yoga and Mindfulness, Max prioritizes alignment, breathwork, mindfulness, and meditation in his classes. His teaching philosophy centers on creating inclusive and accessible yoga spaces where students feel valued and empowered.
